The 28th digital dialog was dedicated to the topic knowledge management for small and medium-sized enterprises. The most important realization was: Humans are put more and more into the focus! Thereof about 105 persons from the audience could convince themselves.

Stefanie Lindstaedt, managing director of Know-Center, pointed out in her talk “Knowledge as basis for Innovation” that humans are put more and more into the center of attention and that this is especially about the development of competences. Furthermore technical tools that are available today have improved and a more targeted and more efficient support of humans through modern knowledge technologies has become possible.

Further speakers about knowledge management were Andreas Avender, managing director of Concept Data Systems and DI Johann Bachler, Program Manager Efficiency & Knowledge Manager at AVL List.
