YOUR TASKS
- You will work in the interdisciplinary Open and Reproducible Research Group led by Dr. Tony Ross-Hellauer, which uses evidence-based approaches to make research cultures more open, transparent and participatory through new practices and technologies (https://orrg.eu).
- Interviews and qualitative data analysis
- Desk research
- Assist in writing project reports and scholarly publications
- Support general project administration
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed Bachelor or Masters study in Sociology or any discipline employing qualitative research methods
- Experience (including data collection/analysis) of qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups, qualitative data analysis software)
- Fluent in German. Knowledge of English is a plus
- Experience working in collaborative research projects is desirable
- Interest/experience in research data management and/or Open Science is desirable

- The position is available for an initial term of six months, with possibilities for continuation contingent on future funding and performance.
We are required by law to specify the minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement, which is for the full-time position with some working experience a minimum of 3.077,00 EUR gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on qualifications and experience we are willing to pay a higher salary in line with the market.
