Zeitmanagement: KnowSelf protokolliert Aktivitäten auf Ihrem PC, bietet eine IST-Analyse davon, wie Sie Ihre Arbeitszeit verbringen, und hilft Ihnen dabei über vergangene Arbeitstage und Ihre Entwicklung über die Zeit zu reflektieren. Das Tool wurde als Teil unserer Forschungsaktivitäten im Kontext des MIRROR-Projekts entwickelt um reflektives Lernen in Bezug auf Zeitmanagement und Selbstorganisation zu unterstützen. Die Zielgruppe sind Wissensarbeiter, die hauptsächlich am PC arbeiten.
Kontextualisiertes Finden: KnowSelf zeichnet auf, welche Dokumente und Webseiten Sie verwenden, während Sie an Ihren Aufgaben arbeiten. Wenn Sie KnowSelf verwenden, um ihre Aufgaben zu erfassen, können Sie ganz einfach alle Ressourcen wiederfinden, die Sie verwendet haben, während Sie an einer Aufgabe gearbeitet haben.
Datenschutz: KnowSelf sendet Ihre Daten an niemanden. Die Applikation wird nur lokal auf ihrem PC ausgeführt.
